You provide the ROCKSTAR vocals, we provide the lyrics and back you with a six-piece band. We’ve been doing live band karaoke around Minneapolis, Minnesota, and the Midwest for over a decade, and it’s still fun. It’s because you never know what the next performance will bring, and live band karaoke keeps the band, singers, and audience in the moment.
We do weddings, company parties, fundraisers, private parties, community events, birthdays, bars and restaurants, you name it. We have an eclectic song list of nearly 200 songs, so there’s something for everyone. And with Hurricane Karaoke Band, you get the full live band karaoke experience where singers join our band on stage, and you have the option of a getting down with a dynamic cover band in Hurricane Blaze.
Your Event
We’ll provide a unique form of musical entertainment for your event that attendees won’t soon forget. With live band karaoke, every song performance is unique and so is every event. We’re happy to work with you on customizing our musical entertainment to fit your event.
Along with providing the full live band karaoke experience, we can perform covers of songs everyone knows, we’re happy to play background music during dinner or cocktail hour, and we can provide the sound equipment to fit your event venue.

How it Works
We generally play a few songs to get things going. Event attendees can pick songs from our list, scan a QR code to sign up to sing, and our emcee calls singers to the stage. We play instrumental music as singers walk to the stage where they’ll be greeted by our emcee, and the lyrics will be ready on the screen. Many singers perform solo, but we’ve had groups of singers so large we thought the stage might break. Hasn’t happened yet! At that point, the singers generally crush it, impress the audience, and walk off the stage basking in the glory of their performance.

Weddings
We love weddings and celebrating with music that fits your vibe. Live Band Karaoke means your guests get to serenade you and keep the wedding party energy maxed.
With Hurricane Karaoke Band, you also get Hurricane Blaze, a dynamic cover band that’s ready to rock the whole wedding dance. This means you can choose a hybrid approach where we’ll play high-energy dance music, romantic ballads, and everything in between, and then open it up for live band karaoke.
